Domain: the seller starts the transfer at the registrar and the buyer accepts it. Moving between registrars can take several days.
Hosting: the account itself does not have to change hands. The buyer can open their own hosting, move the site there, then point the nameservers to it. Nameservers are the setting that tells the internet where a domain’s site is.
AdSense: the account does not move with the site. The seller removes the site from theirs, and the buyer applies with their own. Google decides, and approval is not guaranteed. Other ad networks often ask a new owner to apply again, so ask before you buy if the income depends on them.
Analytics and Search Console: the seller adds the buyer, and the buyer checks that the history is there before the seller is removed.
